Pick-up Details / Transfers

- The NYC airport should be JFK, LGA. The Niagara airport should be BUF, ROC.
- The pick-up services will be available only at New York Hilton Midtown: Outside the 54th Street exit. (1335 6th Ave, New York, NY 10019) and Hyatt Grand Central New York: Front entrance at Grand Central Terminal on 42nd street. (109 E 42nd St, New York, NY 10017)
- At any other hotels and accommodation (e.g., apartment hotels, hostel, motel and bed & breakfast), no pick-up service is available.
Should the Canadian border remain closed to travelers, the entire tour will be conducted on the United States side of the Falls.

Note: The fares, including all transportation fees, taxes and surcharges, are subjected to change without notice.
Additional Notes:
- All passengers are required to show their government-issued ID (i.e., passport) at the airline check-in counter. The passengers need to bring valid IDs, particularly passport AND I-94/ESTA, on the departure date.
- When traveling to Canada, at airports passengers may be asked to provide other official travel documents, as well as their valid passport and I 94, ESTA (It is the passengers' responsibility to understand the immigration requirements and obtain necessary documents because the required travel documents vary depending on their nationality).
- A change of pick-up locationmust be made seven days before the departure date; Inbound Express will not accept any change request within seven days. In addition, to pick up the passengers on time at the right place, you must provide accurate information (i.e., name or address) about hotels at which the passengers stay and the passengers' cell phone number.
Flight cancellation:
- Outbound flight:
* if the flight is canceled after the passengers arrive at JFK airport, we will not be able to take the customers from the airport back to their hotel and shall have no liability for any damages or costs resulting therefrom.
- Return flight:
* If the return flight is canceled and we are unable to re-accommodate you on a later flight, we will try to provide a charter bus, or public ground transportation, as long as no additional charge or fee is incurred by us, such as a Greyhound Bus or Flix Bus. Should there be an additional fee or cost, such fee or cost shall be relayed to the Customers and Customers may decide to pay the additional fee or cost for said transportation. In case we are unable to drop you off at the hotel you were picked up at, we will provide a $20 refund for a taxi service. Passengers also have the option of staying in Buffalo overnight and taking a flight the following morning. In this case, we will help arrange your hotel reservation, but we will not be providing any refund for the hotel fees.

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

* Infant(0-1): $36.3, if there is an infant, please do let us know when you book the tour

Reservation Info

1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.

2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.

3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.

4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
