Day 01

Welcome to Prague!

Today you'll land in Vaclav Havel Airport Prague (PRG), where a driver will be waiting to take you to your hotel. Our local guide will be at the hotel and will provide you will all the necessary information.  

Later in the afternoon, we'll provide transport to Prague Old Town Square, a marvelous place to acquaint yourself with this magical city.
Note: All mentioned hotels below are for your reference only, you might also check-in other same-level hotels.

Today we'll introduce you to the capital of the Czech Republic and the Baroque jewel of Europe. Our local expert will lead you on an informative city tour, the highlight of which is a visit to Prague Castle, admission included. Afterwards, we'll explore another side of the city on a river cruise.

In the afternoon you'll have free time to explore Prague on your own.

Day 03

Prague - Munich - Innsbruck

Hotel: Gasthof Dollinger / Alpin Park or similar

We'll leave early and travel to Bavaria, arriving in Munich at midday. There we'll visit the futuristic BMW Welt with its fascinating architecture and multi-media exhibitions.

After that, you'll be given ample time for lunch (own expense) and a stroll through the historic center.

In the afternoon we'll travel to Austria, arriving at Innsbruck in the evening. You will be transferred to the Golden Roof area of Old Town for dinner (own expense).

Innsbruck - Swarovski Crystal Museum - Kitzbuhel

Hotel: Kitzbühler Alpen or similar

Begin your day by exploring the fascinating Swarovski Crystal Worlds. We'll take a walk through the inspiring gardens and learn how pieces of crystal are produced.

Back in Innsbruck you'll have some free time to stroll through the historic center of Innsbruck, before we travel between mountains to Kitzbuhel, where you can see this picturesque little village, a famous ski resort where we can enjoy the snow for a large part of the year! Free time.

Day 05

Kitzbuhel - Salzburg - St. Wolfgang - Traunsee Lake - Vienna

Hotel: Senator Hotel Vienna / Hotel Exe Vienna or similar

We travel between mountains to Salzburg, our guide accompanies us to the most beautiful streets of the historic centre of this city declared a World Heritage site. We then go on our way between lakes and mountains. A very beautiful scenic stage in the Alps. We stop at St.Wolfgang, a famous place of pilgrimage in Austria. We continue to Traunkirchen along with the very beautiful Traunsee lake, where we include a cruise on the lake to see four castles and disembarking in Gmunden. Continuation to Vienna, arrival at the end of the afternoon.

Vienna

Hotel: Senator Hotel Vienna / Hotel Exe Vienna or similar

Today, we include a scenic tour around this impressive city with a local expert. Experience Vienna's majestic avenues, opulent palaces, and the vibrant city center. Then we head directly to Schonbrunn, Palace where visitors can perambulate and enjoy the beautiful gardens. Free time for lunch. In the evening we provide transfers to City Hall Square.

Vienna

Vienna - Budapest

Today we'll enjoy a scenic cruise along the Danube, affording impressive views of the Budapest's skyline and the magnificent parliament building!

Afterwards you'll have time to explore on your own and maybe visit a few of the attractions we passed by.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made within:

  • 0 - 03 Days Prior to Departure Date - Non-refundable
  • 04 - 12 Days Prior to Departure Date - 75% of total purchase amount can be refunded
  • 13 - 32 Days Prior to Departure Date - 90% of total purchase amount can be refunded
  • 33 or More Days - 95% of total purchase amount can be refunded

• Cancellations made within 30 days (inclusive) before departure will incur an additional handling fee of $30 per order. 
• Once the traveler's information (such as name, passport number, date of birth, etc.) is submitted with the booking, any modifications will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the [cancellation policy] 
• If the itinerary involves special tickets/high-speed train tickets/boat tickets/cruise tickets/train tickets and other unique resources, please contact customer service after placing the order to provide a clear photo of the passport's information page, as these special resources are non-refundable once booked!  
• If the tour includes airport pickup service, please notify us of any changes to your flight at least 72 hours before departure. Changes or cancellations to the pickup service within 72 hours of departure cannot be accommodated 

Special Notes

    • Airport pick-up details will be confirmed after placing a booking. We strongly recommend booking your flight after the tour has been confirmed.
    • Alternatively, you may join the tour at the hotel on Day 1.
    • The tour leader will not be present during evening transfers to commercial districts in major cities. These transfers are included in your package, and give you the opportunity to dine in restaurants that cater to your dietary preferences, as well as the chance to explore the city further. You will be given about an hour of free time, after which the driver will take you back to the hotel for the evening. Please note that the driver may not be able to offer suggestions on where to find vegetarian or ethnic meals.
    • Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 30 kg for luggage. The local operator may refuse to accept excessively bulky luggage.
    • Please bring all valuable items with you at all times. Do not leave valuable items on the bus or at the hotel, attraction, or restaurant. Tours4Fun, local operators, drivers, and tour guides are not responsible for any loss or theft at any location.
  • Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
  • The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
  • This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. If you require assistance finding a specific tour, please contact us for more information.
  • If at any point you were to suffer a delay arriving to the meeting point (held during customs check, loss of luggage, etc.), missing a connecting flight or your flight number was changed, you must urgently contact the transfer agent or the emergency phone number that you can find on your travel voucher. In case you failed to notify this information, the transfer agent, after waiting for 1 hour, in the case of airports and 30 minutes in the case of train stations, would leave and you would lose any right to the transfer service. In case you have also requested a departure transfer, please verify with your guide the schedule for our pick-up time on the day of your flight.
  • Please provide your arrival flight information or pickup details at least 7 days prior to the departure date. If you don't provide the information in advance, you will be responsible for failing to arrange the arrival pickup.
  • For tours that include meals, please inform us in advance if any guests have food allergies. Requests for vegetarian meals must be made in advance and are subject to availability, with no guarantee.

Your reservation is always subject to confirmation by email, normally within one to two business days.

* Adult: 16 and older
* Child: 3-15 years of age (minimum one adult per child)
* Children below the age of 3 pay 20% of the double room rate. Please contact service team to adjust price manually.
* Prices for Single Occupancy apply when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Prices for Double/Triple Occupancy apply when two/three people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple price does not guarantee a third bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
