We thoroughly enjoyed our day. Our tour guide Calder was great and pleasant. Very informative and with flexible schedules to enable us to enjoy the place more. He even extended his service by allowing us to use his binoculars to view rock c..limbers on the El Capitan. It was a long day but worth every moment at the Yosemite National Park.Read full review
My wife and I decided to take my mom and sister to SF for their first time. We were hesitant to go with this tour because we were afraid that the tour guide would speak broken English. To our surprise, Kevin, our guide, spoke English well. ..He was informative about major touristy points and is very nice. We were late a few times getting back to the bus, and he was very patient and nice about it. Hotels that we stayed at was the Holiday Inn (1st night) and the Comfort Inn (2nd night). The rooms were alright, better than we'd expected. Overall, everything was fantastic. Except for our bus driver, Sunday. There were plenty of times that she slammed on the brakes really hard, causing everyone to slide forward in their seats. Also, the only thing I would have left out in the itinerary was the stop at UC Berkley. Pretty boring there.Read full review
The trip was hectic but awesome sceneries .It's incomparable.and very affordable. I recommend it to people who are not too "picky " and just want to see the national parks.
Jimmy Wu was great ! , How he handled the emergency situation w..as
commendable. He took over both driver and guide jobs with ease and did a

The customer service responded in a timely manner to my requests. The tour was organized, love the assigned seats. The tour guide was always on time and very helpful. For a short 3 days, we were able to visit lots of places for a reasonabl..e price. The itenirary was followed and everything was taken cared of- from checking in the hotel to buying the entrance tickets to the Grand Canyon to the meal tickets at the Chinese buffet. I really enjoyed this trip. It beats driving. I love the buy 2 get one free promo. The only negative thing I can say about this tour is the entrance fee to Grand Canyon. I think $80.00 per person is too much to pay to go inside the Grand Canyon. I would like to suggest also to make the Hoover Dam stop one hour instead of 30 minutes.Read full review
Myself, my wife Sakina and my 90 year old mother, Zehrabai, were given a very courteous and most enjoyable trip down to Las Vegas & more especially to Grand Canyon. The walk on the Skyway was a lifetime experience.
May I suggest if you co..uld include a continental breakfast with the hotel accomodation
which was excellent.Read full review

I had an amazing time in Las Vegas. The night tour and the grand canyon west rim were awesome. The tour guide was nice and friendly. Theg was a bit too much :)
Tour visited a broad range of site and was well organised. On the whole it was enjoyed in full. A highlight of the tour was the visit to Pearl Harbour. This was an early start on the first day, which was explained as soon as we left the ..hotel as a measure to get there in time as this is an extremely popular site and gets crowded early. This made good sense and it was explained there were a number of things to see and do there, but the Arizona memorial would take about an hour and should be booked in first thing. All this is fine and we enjoyed this in full however shortly after completing the Arizona the visit was finished and only a small amount of time had been made available to enjoy the remainder of the exhibits available to experience. Given that this was the only item scheduled for the first day except a drive through Honolulu and the day finished at 11.30 it would have been greatly appreciated for a longer visit allowed at Pearl Harbour. The tour guide spoke of the other popular exhibits such as the opportunity to board the Missouri Battleship and a decommissioned submarine however the time simply wasn't facilitated. The early start makes good sense, the early finish makes no sense. Perhaps this is something that might be improved for future tours.Read full review
The tour has so much to offer. It was fun.The tour guide gave lot of useful info. The time given at Golden gate bridge was not enough. We had to rush.I suggest that one hour time should be given for this.
The tour was awesome and well worth it. The tour guide (Jeff) and the bus driver were nice, courteous and helpful. The long bus ride did not bother me and enjoyed the scenery along the way.
