What an incredible, but quick, trip. I highly recommend this tour and the company. The only issue I had was not initially receiving the full itinerary until the second, but once I did, the trip was incredible. All the individual tours set u..p were informative, well-managed, and fun. I loved all my tour guides and the sights that I saw. This was definitely a trip of a lifetime and I can't wait to go to Vietnam. It is such a gorgeous, welcoming country. Seriously, everyone I met from the hotel staff, tour guides, and others on the tour really made the trip! I'm a 25-year-old female and I took the trip solo! Read full review

Pros: Customer service was amazing - super responsive. The package was a great deal. Cons: Never got specific details on our tour like where we would be staying and what time tours would be starting. Wish there was an opportunity to u..pgrade to a 4 or 5 star option. 3 star was OK, but we are more discerning travelers and would have liked nicer hotels. Read full review
